The intent of the general project was to create an exceptional home compared to other residences in the city,
and the Fabbio Design windows could not be missing.
We are located in California, in San Francisco. More precisely in the heart of the desirable Pacific Heights neighborhood, with breathtaking views across the bay, from the Golden Gate Bridge to Alcatraz.
The property extends over 1200 square meters, located on a triple-wide lot: a true rarity for the Bay area, landing on the market with a value of over 40 million dollars.
The residence commissioned by Troon Pacific, a very important real estate development company with vast experience in the luxury market in San Francisco, boasts the signature of the extraordinary Geddes Ulinskas Architects architectural firm.
With a minimal-modern aesthetic and a sculptural and artistic approach, Geddes Ulinskas has created a contemporary residence with timeless architectural and design elements, avant-garde and forward-thinking solutions that enhance the comfort of the person.
The residence includes six bedrooms, over seven bathrooms, and a three-car garage with Tesla charging station. There is also a private cinema, a wine cellar, a gym, a spa with sauna and services for optimal well-being. With the entrance located on a south-facing courtyard, Ulinskas has found a unique expression for the outdoor space by creating spaces that aim for contact with the natural elements.
The windows and doors that we have designed and made are in Sapelli wood with a bronze cover in the Slim Cover model.
They are NFRC (National Fenstration Rating Council) certified. This certification was issued to Fabbio Design in 2016 by the leading US body in the evaluation and certification of the energy efficiency of windows and doors.
Being part of the team for the construction of this important project was extremely interesting, seeing it completed in all its particularity is gratifying and an incentive to pursue this path full of experiences that enrich us professionally and personally.
