Inside our factory-C.H. Project, San Francisco

We are located in California, in San Francisco. More precisely in the heart of the desirable Pacific Heights neighborhood, with breathtaking views across the bay, from the Golden Gate Bridge to Alcatraz.
The goal of the general project was to create a house different from any other residence in the city,
and the Fabbio Design windows could not be missing.

We will take you inside our production to see the birth of these windows.

The property extends over 1200 square meters, located on a triple-wide lot: a true rarity for the Bay area, landing on the market with a value of over 40 million dollars.

The residence commissioned by Troon Pacific, a very important real estate development company with vast experience in the luxury market in San Francisco, boastsĀ  the signature of the extraordinary Geddes Ulinskas Architects architectural firm.

With a minimal-modern aesthetic and a sculptural and artistic approach, Geddes Ulinskas has created a contemporary residence with timeless architectural and design elements, avant-garde and forward-thinking solutions that enhance the comfort of the person.

The residence includes six bedrooms, over seven bathrooms, and a three-car garage with Tesla charging station. There is also a private cinema, a wine cellar, a gym, a spa with sauna and services for optimal well-being. With the entrance located on a south-facing courtyard, Ulinskas has found a unique expression for the outdoor space by creating spaces that aim for contact with the natural elements.

Windows & Doors

For the US market we have window and door models that are studied and designed ad hoc, with specific requirements.

One of the pluses of our products is that they are NFRC (National Fenstration Rating Council) certified. This certification was issued to Fabbio Design in 2016 by the leading US body in the energy efficiency certification of windows and doors.

The acquisition of the certification is not taken for granted, the evaluation of the suitable requirements to possess it is very rigid and close, and also the process of maintaining the procedures necessary to produce NFRC certified doors and windows is meticulous.

The exclusivity that we offer for our products is strongly desired and the result of a lot of work "behind the scenes".

Here at the Fabbio Design headquarters, all departments are in close contact, from the sales office to the administrative office, from the technical office to production.

This is how our creations are born.

These added values allow us to propose solutions that find their ideal place in projects like this.

The windows and doors that we have designed and made are in Sapelli wood with a bronze cover in the Slim Cover model, external opening.

There are many combinations of fixed-openable door. Some are coupled side by side, others at an angle to each other or with sliding doors.

From the raw wood supply department and subsequent truncation of all the parts of the window, we move on to the painting department: it is a particular cycle with guaranteed water-based products.

During the assembly phase, tests are always carried out on the window, which certify its excellent functioning and general quality control.

We then take care of preparing the goods for shipment, whether by ship or by air. This step is very important and in fact we use packaging materials and techniques that guarantee the optimal conservation of the windows.

Once the goods arrive on site, they are installed by professional installers who meet the requirements for state-of-the-art installation.

Being part of the team for the construction of this important project was very interesting, seeing it completed in all its particularity is gratifying and an incentive to pursue this path full of experiences that enrich us professionally and personally.
