The property is located in California, in San Francisco with a breathtaking view over the whole bay.
The residence commissioned by Troon Pacific, a very important real estate development company with vast experience in the luxury market in San Francisco, boasts the signature of the extraordinary Geddes Ulinskas Architects architectural firm.
With a minimal-modern aesthetic and a sculptural and artistic approach, Geddes Ulinskas has created a contemporary residence with timeless architectural and design elements, avant-garde and forward-thinking solutions that enhance the comfort of the person.
The entrance
The door is completely custom. There is no equal.
We designed and built it by proposing solutions aimed at meeting the needs of architects: to create a house different from any other residence in the city.
With the entrance pushed back on a south-facing yard, Ulinskas found a unique expression for the outdoor space by creating an experience around the sculpting of natural elements.
Proceeding along the path in the garden, you arrive at the entrance to the residence.
The dimensions are too large: 3 meters wide for a total height of 7 meters.
Our "research and development" office has designed a suitable structure by combining various materials, suitable for these extra large dimensions.
The opening sashes have ad hoc hinges to support their weight, guaranteeing ease of opening.
The door is in Sapelli wood covered with aluminum plates treated in the particular finish with dedicated texture.
Production
From the project to the cutting of the necessary timber; from assembly to shipping: the door totally came to life here at the Fabbio Design headquarters (Treviso-Italy).
