When in the design path of a window even a few millimetres make a difference, becoming a constant struggle in the conception and construction path of the profile shapes, when we obsessively set out to make every detail a minimal speciality that is difficult to achieve but possible if we want to, when our goal is not to make a modern window but a window of times gone by, redesigned with slim lines, elegant coplanar planes concealed according to the tastes of contemporary furnishing design, renouncing the usual constructive constraints, then we can truly MICRO-DESIGN the WINDOW and make it not an ‘OBJECT’ but an ‘EFFECT’.

The standard opening handles are minimalist with a 20 mm section with concealed profile attachment and a handle-less opening through a micromechatronic movement.

In front of a Microframe window we are led to ask ourselves whether we are looking at a fix frame or a window. And the answer is ‘is a window’.

Thanks to Fabbio Design’s technology, Microframe Windows has a sash profile with a front view of only 30 mm and a perimeter frame profile fixed with various rebate options from 25.10 mm fit to total disappearance with a flat wall solution, a solution also adopted by flush-to-wall interior doors.

This extreme design solution designs the window with a fixed reveal of only 4 mm and the sash is coplanar with a contiguous top. The central knot of the two sashes is only 68 mm both inside and outside, while the glass retaining edge on the sash profile is only 15 mm.

A gasket system made of Ral black 9005 completes the system, to ensure tightness and insulation.

The movement system is strictly by design with concealed hinges and multiple locking points through robust hardware to provide maximum security and aesthetic performance.
