Fabbio Design ha progettato e realizzato i serramenti per la casa più costosa di San Francisco.

 

 

Abbiamo realizzato i serramenti in legno Mogano Sapelli nel modello Slim Custom, (progettato ad hoc per questa commessa) con cerniere a scomparsa, ferramenta ad alta sicurezza, vetri e canalini super performanti. Gli scorrevoli sono mod. Ghost (anche con chiusura ad angolo) con guide incassate.

Offerto a $ 40.500.000, il residence si estende su un intero isolato alla base della famosa Lombard Street.
Progettato da Troon Pacific, questa proprietà di 9.500 piedi quadrati conosciuta come Residence 950 è sul mercato per un enorme somma di $ 40.500.000, guadagnandosi il titolo di casa più costosa di San Francisco sul mercato.

Fabbio Design has designed and built windows and doors for the most expensive residential house in San Francisco.

We made Sapelli Mahogany wooden doors and windows in the Slim Custom model (designed specifically for this job) with concealed hinges, high security hardware, super-performing glazing and glass spacers. The slidings are mod. Ghost (also with corner closure) recessed guides.
